Manual lever presses are suitable for simple tests and compression of plastics or rubber for compacting or testing bonding or also for simple embossing. Our manual lever presses are equipped with heatable pressing plates and optionally in addition with coolable pressing plates:
- With reference to the compression force, manual lever presses are of variable design; they can be adjusted manually, with a maximum compression force of 95 kN
- Small and compact machine with 150 x 150 mm of usable working space
- Direct display of the compression force indicated directly in kN
- A low-cost heatable table press for the specimen production of smaller, simple test pieces of plastics or of rubber with heating and optionally also with cooling
- The manual lever has to be placed in front of the hydraulic Jack; it will be maintained in its position on the required compression force level by a mechanical locking, and this allows for a relatively good positioning during pressing
- On request also as special low pressure design in the lowest compression force range
- Basically our presses are equipped with a protective hood above the compression unit.
- On request also a specially custom made “oversize version” with extremely enlarged pressing space would be available
