Hydraulic laboratory presses as vacuum plate presses. Laboratory presses with the possibility of carrying out pressing operations under vacuum: In certain cases (e.g. in medical engineering) customers request the absence of ambient air or of oxygen or possibly even the presence of a determined inert gas in order to obtain special results by a pressing operation.
- We offer for this case special laboratory presses with pressing plates (on request, equipped additionally for heating and cooling) for pressing tests under vacuum with a vacuum chamber on top of the complete pressing unit
- Use of vacuum technology of renowned manufacturers
- Pressing plates temperatures up to 400 °C are possible
- Heating, cooling will be possible also under vacuum. Preprogramming of pressing programs via a special user surface
- Digital pressure display, permanent pressure maintenance, digital vacuum pressure switch and display, permanent electronic vacuum quality control referred to possibly occurring undetectable leaks; extensive standardized user surface with previous configuration of various machine specific parameters r
- Alternating MANU and AUTO operation possible
- PLC control of all sequences of the machine via a Siemens PLC control
- Only available with pressing space dimensions of 200 x 200 mm;
- Standard compression force up to 4 t (optionally up to a max. of 40 t); Pressure accuracy – 1 % of full scale value
Among others, the following additional options are available:
- Multistage as well as state dependant and individually configurable mixed cooling (including by the “carburetor principle”) will take care of a water/air cooling even at temperatures above 300 °C up to 400 °C
- A separate steam condensation vessel as mount-on unit to avoid pressure shocks in the discharge system
- Connections for possible pressing tools on the pressing plates of the basic machine
- Flooding of the press workspace with inert gas
- Preprogramming of different vacuum values in single pressing steps and their maintenance for the period of the pressing step
- Analogue data collection during the test
- Test data saving inside the machine on an internal computer or externally on a remote computer
- LAN or WLAN connection for the external PC controlled definition of test program parameters instead of definitions on the operator panel
- Complete touch screen operation
